SEM Terrace is retirement living for those aged 62 or older. We offer each of our residents their own patio and outdoor area making us a “garden” setting. We offer three meals a day all served in our beautiful dining room. We also have a large activities room with planned activities, scheduled transportation, pharmacy, beauty salon and staff on site for emergencies 24 hours a day.
